Our mission is simple: to educate, connect, and empower. We provide peer-to-peer support, resource navigation, and referrals tailored to the unique needs of veterans, U.S. citizens, and foreign nationals employed on military bases or public works projects overseas.

Our Founder, Ronald Wherry
IC&C was founded in 2023 in Charlotte, NC, by Ronald Wherry, an Air Force veteran and longtime federal contractor.

After serving in hazardous zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq, Ronald faced challenges transitioning home. While volunteering with the American Legion, he noticed many other veterans and contractors faced the same struggles.
​
This inspired him to create IC&C, a support hub for veterans, U.S. citizens, and foreign nationals working on U.S. military bases or public projects abroad.
​
By connecting with medical providers, mortgage lenders, housing agencies, job programs, legal professionals, and others, Ronald built a comprehensive network designed to support those who serve and sacrifice.

Today, IC&C, continues to educate and empower it's members worldwide with tools, connections, and community support.
